Tenders
for printing work the cost of which exceeds rupees
twenty, shall be called for from various reputed
presses. The President shall have the discretion
to accept or reject any of the tenders without assigning
any reason.

The
Council shall be authorized to fix the prices of
its publications.
57.
The
President shall be authorized to order destruction
of an unserviceable article or otherwise to dispose
it of in the manner he may consider necessary.
